Hello and Welome
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, panic, low self-worth, life transitions, or the emotional and physical impact of living with a disability or medical trauma, I am here to support you in finding a path forward, whatever that might look like or feel like for you. My approach is non-judgmental, compassionate, and collaborative. My aim is for our therapeutic relationship to support you in healing, having the skills to cope with distress, improve functioning, and create meaningful change. My goal is to assist you in restoring a sense of self that is less critical and more compassionate. My hope is that our work will allow you to feel safer and more regulated so you can move through the world with greater ease and comfort.
I specialize in treating trauma but have worked with people experiencing a wide range of conditions and life circumstances. I am a licensed clinical social worker, LCSW in the state of Oregon. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as: Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), CBT, Mindful Self Compassion, and Polyvagal exercises.
I believe that we all have the innate ability to learn, grow, and heal. It would be my honor to support you in this process.
